  1. At First, press Windows key and type cmd. Right- Click on the cmd option that appears and select run as admin. Next, Click Yes if asked for permission.

  4. If DNI_DNE has listed then, type reg delete HKCR\CLSID\{988248f3-a1ad-49bf-9170-676cbbc36ba3} /VA /fnetcfg -v -u dni_dne And if you didn’t find DNI_DNE then only run in the command netcfg –v –u dni_dne.

  5. Now if you receive the error 0x80004002 after typing, then you have to delete the key manually.
  6. Press Windows key + R together, type regedit and hit enter.

  8. Delete this key and then type netcfg –v –u dni_dne. Restart the computer to make the changes.
