Solution 5: Manually assign the IP address and default gateway

  1. At First, Press the “Windows key” along with “X” and choose the command prompt.

  3. Ensure to note down the default gateway, IP address and subnet mask which will be listed on WiFi.
  4. Then Right-click on the wireless icon and choose “open network and sharing center.”

  8. Enable the “use the following IP address” and write the default gateway, IP address and subnet mask which you noted down previously.

  1. Press the “Windows key” along with “R.”
  2. Type “appwiz.cpl” and hit “Enter.”
